Gunajothi Shantala
NCLEX Coordinator
Her responsibilities include training, analyzing, assessing, conducting interims, preparing the study plans and working closely with the nurses to pass the NCLEX RN exam. She also conducts seminars and delivers NCLEX foundation workshops and review courses. Gunajothi is also involved in researching and developing the NCLEX training program on an ongoing basis.

Licensure & Immigration Processor
Her licensure responsibilities include submitting applications, applying for ATT’s, booking seats for PFT’s and NCLEX.
Her immigration responsibilities include VisaScreen and I-140 applications, scheduling pre-placement, assessment and interview calls with the facilities, monitoring quality management courses, and all immigration and placement activities prior to the nurse’s departure from India.
